Templates¶

Templates speed up recurring planning. Activities, subprojects, or entire project structures can be saved as templates and reused later.

File Templates¶

File templates are used locally. They are suitable for individual planners or standalone operation.

Integration Server Templates¶

In server operation, templates can be provided centrally so that several users work with the same standards.

• standard process flows

• offer or order structures

• project phases

• checklist-like activity groups

Checkpoints¶

• template uses the correct resource pool

• dates are adjusted after insertion

• activities and subprojects are current

• role demand is still valid

• old employee assignments were removed if they are not intended
