Resource Pool¶
The resource pool is the shared data basis for resource supply, capacity planning, and portfolio analysis. It contains employees, roles, teams, calendars, material, machines, project customers, categories, and status values.

Usage¶
A shared resource pool enables cross-project capacity planning. Portfolios and summary projects only produce reliable utilisation values when the participating projects use the same resource pool.
Server Operation¶
With Rillsoft Integration Server or Rillsoft Cloud, the resource pool is managed centrally. Access can be controlled through user roles, for example reading, editing, locking, or unlocking the resource pool.
