Goal¶
Prepare a portfolio review so that project status, priorities, bottlenecks, and decision needs are visible.

Portfolio Data¶
All relevant projects are included in the portfolio.
Projects use the same resource pool.
Category, status, priority, and customer are maintained.
Project owners are known.
Disabled projects in the portfolio overview are intentionally disabled.

Schedule and Status Situation¶
Critical finish dates are checked.
Late tasks are known.
Cross-project dependencies are checked.
Dependencies between projects are documented.
Resource Situation¶
Employee capacity balancing was checked across the portfolio.
Key people and scarce qualifications are known.
Overloaded employees were analyzed by project and priority.
Bottleneck projects are named.

Decision Needs¶
Projects with priority conflicts are marked.
Possible shifts or pauses are prepared.
Effects on finish dates and resources are described.
Recommendations for PMO or management are formulated.
