Resource Demand¶
Tasks contain realistic effort values.
Professional qualifications are selected correctly.
Material, machinery, and equipment are considered separately if relevant for planning.
Role demand is not maintained twice by accident.
Resource Supply¶
Employees in the resource pool are up to date.
Professional qualifications are assigned to employees.
Working times, part-time models, and shift calendars are maintained.
Vacation, illness, and other non-working days are entered.
Entry and leaving dates were checked.
Capacity Check¶
Employee capacity balancing was checked.
Overloads are explained or resolved.
Unassigned resources were checked.
Partially assigned resources were checked.
Structured resource views were used for complex bottlenecks.
Result¶
Bottlenecks are known.
Assignments are technically plausible.
Open resource decisions are documented.
