Export to MS OutlookΒΆ

You can export the following information of the project to the MS Outlook via iCalendar:

  • user task

  • portfolio task

  • project task

Requirements:

  • Interface to the Rillsoft Integration Server

  • You should have appropriate access rights.

Projekt Export Outlook

  1. Sign up in Rillsoft Integration Server by Web interface.

  1. Select the menu item ADD-ONS > iCalendar.

  1. Select what information you want to display in Outlook as Calendar. For example Project calendar

  1. Select a project from the list. For example Maschine AAA and click the column Aktion button Calendar.
